Okay.. at first I didn't see where to start a new post... but I see it now... the color of the background was making it impossible for me to see how to start a new post.
The article on the docs titled "Free Samples" has been claimed by Teal on 8/12 and has not been done yet. So what is up with this? Are you doing it Teal? If you don't want to do it, someone else can do it. I'm looking for something to do and can't find anything except this one that has been claimed by you and not done.
I don't see any keywords for that article either... I was thinking maybe that is why you haven't done it yet... that would be a problem. If there is any work anywhere, I wish someone would point me to it. In the mean time I am still working on Carol's spin which will take up the next couple of hours.

ReplyDeleteRight. Spin three (hopefully the final one -not counting what I do with the robot) needs doing! Billy said we can get paid for every 5 I turn in. I'll divvy out that money along with some of my own as we get 'em done. There is quite a learning curve here, but when we get good at spinning, we will have a lot of steady work from this client.
ReplyDeleteSally, yes, I was waiting to get some instructions about what was wanted. I wrote and asked, but have not seen an answer yet. It was just a title and no idea of the direction or number of words or anything. I would still like an answer to that so I'll know in the future, but you are welcome to claim it from me, as I am not feeling well at all today.
ReplyDeleteKevin, regarding spin #3, I claimed BabyCompare. I put it in the Best Spinner which I bought last week -- was going to suggest to you but wanted to see how well it worked first, and I see you must have bought it at the same time! (great minds... heehee). Anyway, what am I missing? I see almost nothing to spin. Is spin three supposed to add more synonyms to the three we did before? If so, I can do that, but to find something that's not already spun and can be spun is next to impossible -- is everyone having that problem? Also, when I put it in the spinner it says 31% unique every time. Where is Billy getting his estimates of uniqueness?
ReplyDeleteTeal, you ROCK!! You just made yourself the Robot Master. I don't think everyone on the team should be worrying about learning and using "The Best Spinner" But I knew right away that I shouldn't be the only one. Sally and Carol just produced an article that blew the robot away! I think with some of us writing, some hand spinning, some putting them through the robot to achieve the 60%+ uniqueness, we can get a ton of work from this client, and still have time to get to the other stuff that I've been neglecting since consumed with this...Let's take this conversation to a post that I want you to start: "The Best Spinner Robot Masters Forum" There we can discuss those questions, and collaborate on figuring this out and getting efficient. We also need to figure out how this part is going to pay, because it is mostly editing and tweaking...Can you start that thread please?
ReplyDeleteKevin, thank you for the complement on that article. Carol wrote her article and I basically wrote a long similar article to splice into the brackets and pipes. It was pretty easy that way.
